Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions of sale applies to all items purchased from the Classic Jukebox and Game Co. LLC website and store location and the Purchaser (buyer) agrees to all terms set forth here.

Shipping/Delivery

• We can arrange for local or out-of –state delivery and shipping anywhere with-in the U.S. Please call or email us for a quote.
• Any item over 70 lbs will need to be delivered by freight line. See link to FEDEX Freight.com.
• All packing and crating costs shall be the responsibility of buyer.
• We encourage you to insure your purchases.
• All other items are shipped by UPS, USPS, and (No P.O Boxes).

Returns and Cancellations

• We make arrangements to prepare items for shipment as soon as they are ordered, usually within 24 hrs.
• All orders must be cancelled in writing via-email to returns@classicjukeboxandgameco.com with-in 24 hrs of purchase to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations and returns authorized by us are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refusal to take delivery of products will result in a refund of 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping and storage cost.
• All items must be returned in original shipping carton in resalable condition with all paper work and accessories included.
• All returned shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer,
• Classic Jukebox and Game Co. LLC must issue a return Authorization number prior to any returns being shipped. Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on box. (Otherwise it will be refused).
• Custom made to order and special order items are non returnable.
• No returns accepted after thirty days of purchase.
